How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Contact us through in-app support and we will help you start the refund with Paddle.
What's eligible
- Refund requests made within 30 days of the original order date.
- The most recent renewal of a monthly or yearly subscription.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal (Pricing → Manage subscription) or by visiting paddle.net. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of your current paid period.
