How to request a refund
Refunds are processed via our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Sign in to the app, open the Billing page, and choose "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal, or
- Contact us through in-app support and we will help process the refund.
What's eligible
- Refund requests made within 30 days of the original order date.
- The most recent renewal of a monthly or yearly subscription.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal (Pricing → Manage subscription) or by visiting the Billing page in the app. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of your current paid period.
