What is Voltly?
Voltly is a gamified trade-exam prep app for electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, carpenters and other trades. Practice 300,000+ questions, build streaks, earn XP and target your weak points.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the Billing page in the app and choose 'Manage subscription' to use the Stripe customer portal, or contact us via this form. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
How do refunds work?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium. See our Refund Policy at /refunds. Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.
I forgot my password — what now?
Open the sign-in page and tap 'Forgot password'. You'll get a secure reset link by email.
Which countries / standards does Voltly cover?
Voltly currently covers UK, US, Australia and New Zealand standards (BS 7671, NEC, AS/NZS 3000) and is expanding to more trades and regions.
Does Voltly work offline?
Yes — Premium users can download quiz packs to study offline. Progress syncs the next time you're online.
How do I delete my account and data?
Submit a deletion request via this form and we will remove your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
Is Voltly a substitute for accredited training?
No. Voltly is a study aid built to help you pass — it does not replace accredited training, licensed advice or official examinations.
